Work With Me
Feel you need some additional support in your recovery from an eating disorder? Suffering from emotional patterns of eating or self destructive behaviour? Then having a recovery mentor could be for you.
So often we turn to our bodies as the cause of blame.
We neglect them, starve them, abuse them; dishonouring the one home we are destined to have for the rest of our lives.
Whether you face barriers in your relationship with food, body image, fitness, mental health, with me you will build the self-awareness and skill set to become resilient in your recovery and take steps to improve your health.
Tailored for those in recovery from disordered eating who feel they need additional support and guidance. Josceline offers personalised 60minutes sessions that run face-to-face, or over Skype, to help educate and push you forward in recovery.
Over the course of your sessions you will address factors such as:
Goal Setting in recovery
Addressing barriers to change and negative thoughts
Creating an environment that fosters recovery
Relapse Prevention: Identifying triggers
Building positive body image
Introduction to Intuitive Eating in recovery
Creating forward focus & future ambitions
